By passing your hand or debris within ten inches or a 130° angle from the infrared sensor, the lid will automatically open. It will remain open as long as debris or your hand remains within the sensor's range, closing automatically once your hand moves away. Each can also includes a ring liner to keep the trash bag hidden from view, providing a neat and clean appearance.

Constructed with high-quality materials, the water-resistant infrared motion sensor protects the unit from moisture and accidental spills, while the fingerprint-resistant stainless steel base helps maintain the cleanliness of the can.
